Overview: During the Kingston Board of Selectmen meeting, attention was directed towards the ongoing water supply challenges and sewer system issues facing the town. A critical point of discussion was the impact of a moratorium on new sewer hookups, which has affected town revenue and the tax rate. This has been compounded by delays in the well project that are important to lifting the moratorium.
